Wangard Partners, Inc. Continues to Grow - Anthony D. Stevens Joins Firm

March 19, 2004--Anthony D. Stevens joins the growing Wangard Partners, Inc., sales team as an associate concentrating on commercial real estate investments.



Mr. Stevens has over 20 years of diversified telecommunications management experience in national account servicing, product development and marketing, and project management.



Mr. Stevens was a member of Journal Communications’ Board of Directors as well as a member of their stock holders committee.



Mr. Stevens’ previous sales and major account management experience with Norlight Telecommunications of Brookfield will benefit his investment concentration with Wangard Partners, Inc. As a Major Account Manager for Norlight Mr. Stevens was responsible for revenue retention and strategic growth of the largest commercial customer segment, and managed a team responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction and revenue responsibility of over $5.5 million annually.
