May 29, 2004--John Anthony, senior managing director in Charles Dunn’s downtown Los Angeles brokerage office, represented the landlord, Pacific Financial Center, LLC. J.D DeRosa and Jonathan Larsen of Trammell Crow Company represented the tenant, Gerald J. Sullivan Associates, a Los Angeles-based insurance company.
