Hubert Construction Awarded Interior Buildout Contracts in Northern Virginia

August 13, 2004 -- Hubert Construction, LLC has obtained tenant interior buildout assignments for two government contractors located in northern Virginia, iGov and BRTRC.



In a contract worth approximately $324,000, Hubert has renovated over 20,000 square feet of space for iGov on two floors located at 8200 Greensboro Drive in McLean, VA.



Designed by DBI Architects of Washington, D.C., the completed renovation features 14 offices, 12 large open work areas, three conference rooms, a network lab, pantry, and an attractive reception area and significant supplemental HVAC. Most of iGov’s new space, which was previously vacant, is located on the 12th floor. iGov is a full-service IT consulting firm providing security, wireless storage, and computer technology solutions to government clients worldwide.



For government contracting firm BRTRC, Hubert Construction will provide tenant buildout services for its new 6,275 square foot office condominium located at Dulles Trade Center in Dulles, Virginia. Designed by Morgan Gick McBeath & Associates of Falls Church, VA, this buildout from cold dark shell space includes new mezzanine and office construction. BRTRC’s completed suite will include five offices, a conference room, reception area, kitchen area, and men’s and women’s restrooms. Hubert’s contract with BRTRC is for approximately $295,000.



Hubert Construction, LLC was founded in 1998 and merged with Buchanan Construction Company, Inc. in January of 2004. The merged entity offers a full range of construction services including commercial office buildings, tilt-up, retail, small commercial, recreation facilities, interiors, and site infrastructure.
